We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, If for some reason any item is out of stock we will let you know as quickly as we can by e-mail.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our Website and place orders for items from Radish Loves. By ordering goods from Radish Loves you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference. Orders and contract information

In order to contract with us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid major debit or credit card.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of goods, we will e mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Characteristic of products

The information, characteristics, photographs and graphics presented on the site or in the emails sent by us are given only on a purely indicative basis and for the major part are given by the suppliers. Prices and taxes

Despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy, Radish loves cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in respect of the display of prices or any other relevant information displayed on the website. Radish Loves reserves the right to correct obvious errors (for example refunding and cancelling any order which is placed at an incorrectly displayed price). Radish Loves will always contact you promptly if any discrepancies or errors occur.The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices are shown in sterling.
