Goodbye Halloween, Hello Christmas!
What a start to the autumn it has been!
Now that October is running away from us in a whirl of witches capes, pumpkin wands and a supreme amount of glitter we are turning our sights to the next challenge; Christmas.
Yes, the season is now upon us. Our first Christmas window is up in all its glory (having received mixed reactions of delight and alarm from some of you who had not realised the big day is so near). Come next week when Halloween is over our spooky window will also be leaping into the festive spirit. Bye bye bats, hello snowflakes!
The shop is always a wonderful and bustling place, many of you call it an Aladdin's cave of wonders when you visit for the first time. And, as happens every year when autumn hits, everything in this cave of wonders has been dialled up to eleven. You name it, we suddenly have more of it; Fancy dress, puzzles, earmuffs, and so many hair clips that you could probably swim through them! The delivery drivers are sick of the sight of us, but nothing can dampen our excited spirits when we open the boxes they bring to discover all the goodies which are packed inside.
Yes, Christmas has been sneaking in through our doors for some months now and it is by no means done. We are still expecting more festive surprises from some of our favourite brands such as Maileg, Olli Ella and the new kid on the block here at Radish - Moulin Roty.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to celebrate the spooky season with us so far, we hope you will all send us photographs of your little ones in their costumes! We are very much looking forward to seeing you again soon so we can once again add a sprinkle of Radish magic to your Christmas.
